面粉

罗宋汤的做法

牛肉切小块、沸水后重新加清水煮炖2小时,直至熟软

洋葱、土豆、去皮番茄、圆白菜、胡萝卜切同样大小的丁

锅内放适量黄油与植物油,加洋葱煸炒出香味,继续加入土豆、胡萝卜、圆白菜、番茄翻炒

牛肉连同肉汤一起倒入锅中,继续煮炖半小时以上,土豆、胡萝卜变软即可

另起一锅,待水分烧干不放油,放入面粉,小火炒至微黄,倒入牛肉锅中搅拌,继续煮半小时

小贴士

洋葱加黄油一定要煸炒时间长一些,这样汤更香浓。

炒油面一定要掌握火候,不然要炒糊,放油面的作用是增加汤的浓稠度。油面的炒法,我也一知半解,还请大家多改正补充啊。
